Provide excellent-long life traction or gripping action to a variety of components with carbide, nickel-chrome, or stainless steel coatings from Precision Coatings Inc. Add textures ranging from 150-800 micro-inches Ra to meet your application needs. The gripping coatings are very durable, uniform, are intimately bonded to your roller, blade, guide, or other component. The texture can be varied to meet your specific application requirements. Examples include drive rollers for various printing devices, sheet metal clamps, die clamps, bag handlers/folders, sheet paper feeders (finger-tip shaped parts).

In some cases we can incorporate a non-stick coating to provide BOTH DRIVE/GRIP and some release properties to help with cleaning.
