Arzell, Inc. is a United States veteran-owned automation and process integration business, serving primarily the thermal spray coating and general automation industries from Cypress, Texas, a suburb of Houston. Michael Gray started the business in 2005, first as a consultant to the industry after working on helicopter engines in the US Army, and then having a successful career with a Fortune 500 coatings company where he gained and developed his intimate knowledge of robotics and coatings utilizing all types of materials and thermal spray technologies. Mike named the company after a small town, Arzell, in the state of Hessen, Germany, where his wife of thirty years grew up. He parlayed his successful consulting business along with a strong belief in himself, and now with his technical team, to offer a broad array of specialized capabilities.
