APPLICATIONS
2925 performs as a plasma or flame spray masking tape. The tape is applied adjacent to areas of parts to be plasma sprayed, allowing these areas to be free of grit blasting and the plasma spray coating. Its high temperature resistance makes it ideal for heat and reflectant tape. 2925 is used in aerospace and automotive markets as a wire harness bundling tape in engine components. 2925 also performs as a sound and vibration dampening product.

FEATURES/BENEFITS
2925’s adhesive, a high-temperature silicone, allows the product to withstand continuous temperatures of up to 500F, and it also prevents tape slippage after application. 2925 has excellent strength and flexibility, which allows for easy wrapping of complex shapes and minimizes wrinkling during the flexing of cables.
