SST Calibration Kit
With the SST Cold Spray Calibration Kit you have everything you need to calibrate SST Cold Spray equipment for pressures ranging from 7 to 35 bar (100 to 500 psi) and temperatures up to 550O C (1022O F).
Features include:
- Suitable for all standard SST Series P & EP machines and all spray guns, both handheld and robotic
- Satisfies FAA equipment calibration requirements
- Includes software upgrades and pass code to access the calibration menu on the touch pad control screen
- Includes custom temperature and pressure calibration instruments
- Instruments included with the kit are calibrated and traceable to NIST standards (calibration certificates included)
- Capable of +/- 2% calibration accuracy
- Special calibration adaptor component which allows the user to install the calibrated thermocouple to the spray gun
- Designed for convenient use and can be operated by a single person
