SST Modular Nozzles
CenterLine supplies the UltiLife™ and UltiFlow™ Modular Nozzles, two unique and practical nozzle designs that provide optimal performance for specific operating conditions.
The UltiLife™ nozzle is ideal for spraying hard or abrasive materials and offers extended service life. The holder and nozzles are manufactured from high wear-resistant material, extending the nozzle's operating life and providing up to 31% savings in operating costs.
The UltiFlow™ is manufactured using clog-resistant material that makes it ideal for applications that require spraying pure materials. By minimizing clogging, the UltiFlow™ helps to decrease downtime and improve overall powder use efficiency.
Both systems are available in a straight or 90° holder configuration. Nozzle replacement requires no tools, thanks to the spring loaded bayonet nut system.
