The SST family of Cold Spray equipment has been expanded to include the Series EP Cold Spray system. This system comes complete with portable cabinet, HMI controls, pressurized feeder and robotic style spray gun. Depending on the application, its enhanced features enable users to spray with increased performance and/or productivity using with a wider range of materials.

Choose the Series EP for higher coating deposition rates, higher deposition efficiency, and greater bond strengths.

With the Series EP Cold Spray system you can Cold Spray at operating pressures ranging from 7 to 35 bar (100 - 500 psi), and, in addition to our standard materials, apply materials such as:

Aluminum and Aluminum Alloys (AA7075, AA6061, AA4047, etc.)
Inconel
Invar
MCrAIY
Nickel & Nickel Alloys
Stainless Steel (304, 316)
Titanium & Titanium Alloys (Ti6AI4V)
