IMR Test Labs offers fatigue testing services including, LCF, HCF, S-N curve endurance limits, J1C, K1C, ASTM F series tests, thermal spray coating fatigue, spring testing, strap testing, fastener testing, and product component testing.

IMR approaches fatigue testing as a complimentary technology, not a volume business where hundreds of customers come and go on a daily basis. Our customers work directly with the engineers who understand the science, and whose experience exceeds just fatigue testing. We provide answers and accessibility, not just reports.

Our customers have engineering and design challenges that extend far beyond a simple material certification based on an ASTM specification. They have warranty, liability, and performance claim concerns. Their fatigue testing needs are likely to be part of a sophisticated failure analysis or product performance claim research requiring advanced SEM-EDS expertise, skilled metallographic analysis, access to published metallurgists and material scientists, unique product testing rigs, advanced chemical analysis and perhaps even access to polymer chemists and composites experts. They don’t want to have to deal with multiple labs for one project.
